We can also fax the form to you or you may pick one up from us in person.Once you have the form, just fill it out.Each prospective occupant must complete a separate application.You may submit your completed applicant(s) in person, by fax, or by email. A NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSEING FEE OF $35.00 per Application and an EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT should be included with this Application.(If this Application is not accepted the Deposit will be refunded to the Applicant/s.)
